QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
- Tracking compliance of quality-process links with customers inline with the Quality Management system (including: IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
- Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), - Controls Plans, Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) processes and oversee continued compliance and embedding across the business.
- Preparing Quality reports (Warranty report, QKPI report etc.).
- Performing Internal Audits.
- Tracking department objectives/KPIs and review and assess ongoing performance of direct reports.
- In case of quality problems QE is authorized to stop production and implement direct measures ensuring best quality of outgoing products. After production stop, the authorization of re-start belongs to QE.
- Develop product robustness “Zero warranty/field cases”
- Manage problem solving methodology.
- Responsible for maintaining relationships with customers and suppliers to maximise profit potential and ensure efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in quality management function.
- Experience in IATF 16949, ISO9001, ISO45001, and ISO14001 management systems and applications.
- Excellent knowledge in Automotive Core Tools (FMEA, SPC, MSA, APQP etc)
- Excellent knowledge in Problem Solving Tools (8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, etc).
- MS Office Knowledge.
- Independent acting.
- Excellent leadership and man management skills.
- Analytical Thinking.
- Numerical skills.
- Very good command of English.
- Competent in problem solving, planning and decision making.
