Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree from a College or University (technical background)
- Minimum 2 year of experience with exposure to several SHE & QRA areas preferably in Logistics or Supply Chain Operation
- C class Safety expert certificate
- Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, ISO 45001, IFS
-Familiarity with British Retail Consortium (BRC), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis and G.F.S.I . standards;
- Knowledge of ADR will be an asset
- NEBOSH or IOSH certificate will be an asset
-Fluency in English
- Competent with MS Office
Job Description:
• Initiate and influence integration of SHE/BCM &QRA policies and practices into the company
•Implement SHE/BCM &QRA programs and procedures to ensure compliance
•Maintain an in-depth knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements
•Engage in activities associated with satisfying business, customer and regulatory expectations
• Ensure the attainment and sustenance of any certification at the site being carried out
• Maintain food safety and quality through adherenceto GMP, GDP,Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) and quality procedures. Keep track of safety and legislation developments
• Implement compliance tracking programs and record keeping systems
•Conduct SHE/BCM &QRA education/trainings
•Provide and determine alternatives for issue resolution
•Manage the development and implementation of effective BCM/emergency response plans
• Perform periodic inspections/ audits and keep records and follow up decisions/actions to be taken.
•Participate risk assessments studies, and update it when required.
