We are looking for new colleagues as ”Healthcare Quality Assurance Responsible Manager’’ in our team located in İstanbul accordance with the following criteria for our company:
Bsc degree in Pharmacy
Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing, Quality Control/Assurance and 2-3 years of experience in Pharma environment and warehouse management
Knowledge of CGMP& GDP and Local Regulations
Team working and customer oriented mindset
Good analytical thinking skills
Strong interpersonal written and verbal communication skills
Excellent Planning and Organization skills
Good knowledge of MS Office applications, SAP and WMS (Warehouse Management System)
Good command of English is required
No military obligation for male candidates
Job Description
- Ensure all operations in warehouse and secondary packaging areas comply with Ekol’ s Procedures, Health Authority Requirements and GxP Regulations
- Review the batch records and release batches on time before dispatch and/or sales decision of the products.
- Routinely assess processes and activities and proactively sustain compliance of all activities with current official regulations (GMP, GDP, GSP, GAMP) and SOPs.
- Execute risk analysis and follow CAPA Plans for products, processes and systems
- Report directly to Healthcare QA Group Manager at the right time and correctly in conformance with procedures and work flow.
- Execute deviation investigations, change control and CAPAs.
- Achieve the KPI’s of the projects he/she is responsible for,
- Manage Health Authority Inspections and follow CAPAs
- Give GMP and GDP Trainings to all personnel in scope of Training Plans
