We are looking for a new co-worker who will join us as Quality Management Specialist/Senior Specialist in our EGGER Gebze Plant, which produces plastic edgebanding.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Chemical Engineering or Chemistry Department of universities,
- Experienced at least 3 years at Quality Management Systems,
- Excellent command of spoken and written English,
- Effective problem identification and solution skills,
- Analytical thinking, well organized and strong commitment,
- Good communication and team work skills,
- Have no obstacle to travel abroad,
- No military obligation for male candidates.

Job Description
- Supporting our EMS platform on SharePoint basis with regard to documentation and continuous optimization of our processes,
- Supporting the standardization of processes, instructions and documentation,
- Supporting authorization management and the implementation of training courses,
- Optimise existing solutions and processes by identifying potentials, as well as developing and coordinating appropriate measures,
- Taking a active role in customer complaints,
- Supporting continuous improvement efforts.
