We are looking for a new co-worker who will join us as ‘ Marketing Specialist / Senior Specialist' in our EGGER Gebze Plant, which produces plastic edgebanding.

Qualifications
- Undergraduate or post graduate degree in related field such as Marketing, Business Administration
- Minimum 3-4 years experience in B2B Marketing
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Having effective communication and relationship management skills
- Having strong organizational skills
- Having high observation and multitasking skills
- Ability to think creatively and analytically
- Excellent command of MS Office application
- Military service should be completed for male candidates

General Responsibilities
- Establishing annual marketing budget and efficient use of the budget.
- Preparation and implementation of the activity plans within the budget (fairs, dealers meetings, factory visits, events)
- Establishment of sales support tools that will support export and internal market sales teams.
- Planning and distributing sales support materials (brochure, card, POS, stand, promotion, etc.) for distributors and industrial customers and ensuring correct use
- Making images and product announcements and PR studies related to printed and online, domestic and international publications.
- Establishment and implementation of marketing strategy in accordance with company targets
- Actualise corporate identity work
- Management of advertising agency and other suppliers
- Experienced in Distributor Organizations and Trade Fairs
