QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields from reputable universities etc,
· Minimum 2 years of working experience in Marketing or Trade Marketing, CRM,
· Demonstrable commercial acumen and a good understanding of Customer Management Process
· Strong analytical thinking, proactive and structured working approach
· Interested in gaining experience on marketing researches, brand differentiation in sales points, to develop users’ loyalty on brand/ product.
· Ensuring execution and delivery of agreed plans, using multiple areas of expertise available at site
· Eager to gain experience in project management and trade marketing
· Strong oral, written communication, and presentation skills
· Should be a proficient user of MSOffice and effective at working as part of a team and meeting deadlines,
· Understand and help implement the company values and objectives,
· Strong change management perspective to manage processes and build up and review as well as implementations
· Result oriented business focus through commitment and enthusiasm
· Advance command of verbal and written English,
· Team work oriented, self-motivated and open-minded
Job Description:
- Works in coordination with the relevant departments in order to increase the performance of customers and contributes the determination of the solution actions to be taken
- Follows the market trends and improves marketing strategies in order to increase sales and customer satisfaction
- Creates action plans, to ensure that they are implemented in the field and to report them in order to reach the targets of the category under its responsibility
- Manages the trade marketing budget in line with plans, activity efficiencies and strategies, and reports them regularly. Ensuring the effective and correct use of the budgets under its responsibility,
- Researching competition, market and customer dynamics, creating analyzes and action plans,
- Taking necessary actions for painter and clerk penetration and loyalty performance. Monthly reporting and improvement.
- Developing launch schedules ,direct and indirect marketing campaigns, POS materials, promotions materials and event marketing activities in the market together with marketing agencies
- Explore category growth opportunities, conduct frequent market visits to identify in-store execution opportunities
- Closely track and analyse promotion / POS effectiveness and provide measures accordingly
- Communication with the software networks and suppliers,
- Close follow up of technological applications in sector and customers
