QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics or related sciences, MBA is a plus,
  • At least 2 years of experience in trade and operational marketing with focus on distributor/dealer management,
  • Fluent in English; good communication, presentation and writing skills,
  • Very good knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office applications, SAP is a plus,
  • Result oriented with strong organizational and planning skills,
  • Strong attitude and ability to work in a multi-culture environment,
  • Good skills at problem analysing and creating problem solution,
  • Cross functional and team working skills,
  • Having no restriction of travel,
  • No military obligation for male candidates,
  • Located in Istanbul Asian side or living in near Tuzla-Gebze.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Plan and execute new product launches and key channel marketing activities. Track post performance and contribute to strategy,
  • Conduct yearly promotion planning and production process align with companys’ strategy and report the efficiency of the projects,
  • Follow all distribution process of trade marketing materials&investments,
  • Create action plans and tactics, to ensure that they are implemented in the field and report in order to reach the targets of the category under it’s responsibility,
  • Determine the strategy of sales activities and campaigns. Implement and monitor the results monitor,
  • Ensure to set up strong relationship across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Production and Purchasing departments as well as external third parties, agencies regarding field sales, needs and marketing initiatives,
  • Research & analyze market, customer trends and competition dynamics. Take actions accordingly,
  • Analyze data, find out opportunities, prepare channel & region specific actionsplans, track field executions and support Trade Marketing Executive,
  • Manage loyalty programs of the brands and analyze the efficiency of the reward program in detail,
  • Research & analyze competition, market and customer dynamics.
