QUALIFICATIONS
· University degree in Business Administration, Economics or related sciences, MBA is a plus
· At least 6-10 years of experience in “Trade Marketing” with focus on distributor management both in local&global, automotive industry experience is a plus
· Fluent in English; good communication, presentation and writing skills
· Very good knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office applications, SAP is a plus
· Result oriented with strong organizational and planning skills
· Cross functional and team working skills
· Creative and analytical thinking
· Having no restriction of travel both domestic&abroad
· No military obligation for male candidates
· Located in Istanbul Asian side or living in near Tuzla-Gebze
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Search the local&global market trends and set up marketing strategies in order to increase sales and customer satisfaction
· Prepare trade marketing annual budget plan for each category/brand and track realizations in monthly basis
· Develope product positioning, pricing tactics to enhance long term brand strategies in different markets
· Search market growth opportunities, conduct frequent market visits to identify in-store execution opportunities
· Research competition, market trends and customer/consumer dynamics, creating analyzes and business plans,
· Works in coordination with the relevant sales channels in order to increase the performance of customers and contributes the determination of the solution actions to be taken
· Creates action plans and tactics, to ensure that they are implemented in the field and report them in order to reach the targets of the category under its responsibility
· Contributing to the trade fairs both domestic/international; manage all preperation processes in line with related stakeholders and departments
· Manage loyalty programs, follow up and analyze the performance of distributors/dealers and set up new actions if necessary
· Developing new product launch programs, distributor&dealer events, POS materials, promotion materials, trade campaigns in the market together with third party agencies
· Follow up the distribution procress of all trade marketing materials and investments
· Collaborate with third party agencies and related departments to ensure that all investments&materials are delivered to the customers&distributors
· Manage all Turquality processes aligning with stakeholders
