Preferably 1-2 years of work experience in marketing (preferably in the FMCG)
University degree in a relevant discipline, MBA is an asset
Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
Proficiency in SAP & MS Office applications
Excellent command of written and spoken English
Team player, dynamic & hard working with enthusiasm
Highly creative with ability to think out of the box
Comfortable with numbers, good analytical skills
Responsibilities
Contributes to the growth of Faber-Castell brand by developing an understanding of the drivers of brand growth, brand health and identifying key issues and opportunities.
Supports & follows the product development, packaging, pricing, positioning process
Coordinates preparation of market analyses, price analyses and consumer research
Contributes to development and implementation of annual marketing strategy and operating plans
Follows up BTL and PR activities to strengthen the competitive advantage of the brand
Closely cooperate with business partners including agencies, suppliers and global & internal parties
Follows up the competitors in the market
Proactively identifies tactical opportunities for the business, and support the brand manager in identifying strategic opportunities for the business
