QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Polin Waterparks is a Polin Group company founded in 1976 and since then completed more than 3000 water park projects in 109 countries worldwide. Polin Waterparks is the pioneer of RTM water slide manufacturing and the sole producer offering the all line in RTM. Having strong R&D focus resulted with the installation of the biggest and award winning water parks and water slides.

Polin Waterparks is now looking for a new Disctrict Sales Executive to join its global team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Having a bachelor’s degree in related fields,
  • At least 8 years of experience in export and sales functions with a focus on the sales of contract projects in order to offer creative solutions to customers,
  • Having strong business and sales acumen; self-motivated, builds relationships, understands unspoken objections, exhibits a constructive attitude to increase sales volume,
  • Computer literacy including MS Office applications and adaptability to new technologies,
  • Written and spoken fluency in English,
  • Preferably written and spoken fluency in Spanish or Portugese,
  • Being able to travel,
  • Preferably have at least a Class B Driver's License,
  • Able to live in Kocaeli, Gebze or İstanbul (Asian Side).

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Focusing on the sales of contract projects,
  • Working in coordination with a highly experienced sales force throughout the company,
  • Working in coordination with the partner offices abroad,
  • Executing international/regional sales and market strategies of the company,
  • Conducting market research in the relevant market, determining the expectations of the customers and offering creative solutions to add value for the businesses of the customers,
  • Following up, reviewing and renewing the customer portfolio,
  • Giving support to marketing activities in order to increase product awareness; plan, develop and implement promotion, exhibition, fair activities, and represent the company in the best way in global events,
  • Researching and developing methods, techniques and procedures for the effective execution of sales and marketing activities in the region to submit for the approval of the top management,
  • Following up the implementation of approved methods, techniques and procedures in the region.
