QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Ege Profil has been established in 1981, is the leader of the Turkish PVC Profile Sector, continues its investment activities empowered by its brand history over a quarter of a century. Our Company operates in the PVC profile sector under four brands, namely Egepen Deceuninck, Winsa, Pimapen and Inoutic. The facility in İzmir (Menemen), with its indoor area of 80,000 sqm2 and a machinery park of a capacity of 100,000 tons, the Kocaeli (Kartepe) plant is dedicated to the Winsa and Pimapen products with an indoor area of 34,000 sqm2 and a machinery park with a capacity of 45,000 tons. Moreover, all brands have individual Regional Directorates in İzmir, İstanbul, Ankara and Adana.
In order to support our growing organization we are looking for Quality Management Systems Manager who fulfills the following requirements;
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Management of quality assurance and management of quality department employees,
• Implementation of the company's quality policy and quality goals,
• Participation in the preparation and implementation of supplier and customer audits,
• Initiation and monitoring of suggestions for improvement,
• Continuously reduce down streams, waste & rework,
• Support, advice and training of all employees in quality issues.
PROFILE
• The candidate must have successfully completed of 4-5 years of degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or other Engineering Departments in case of highly experienced on Quality Assurance Systems,
• Degree or comparable qualification with several years of management experience in quality assurance and management,
• Fluency in English is must,
• Mastery of common MS Office applications, experience with the use of an ERP system,
• High resilience and flexibility and decision-making skill,
• Team player and strong leadership skill.
