We are currently looking for a Supplier Quality Development Executive to join our Supply Chain Team!

Successful Candidate Profile:

  • University Graduation from Chemical, Mechanical, Forestry Industry and Industry Engineering
  • Min. 8 years of business experience at Quality, Corrugated Packaging or Paper Production knowledge is preferred
  • Very good Communication, Negotiation Skills and resilient in difficult cases
  • Ability to Create Network across all Stakeholders
  • Analytical thinking, systematic and detail oriented and
  • Strong at following-up, doing the things and implementation
  • Very good command on the MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Applications
  • Very good command on English


Your mission:

  • Communicating the supplier quality and service non-conformities to the suppliers (mainly paper suppliers) with all relevant information and evidences in constructive and solution-oriented way.
  • Following-up the corrective and preventive actions with suppliers and plants, validating those actions via the necessary coordination between suppliers and the MTK Corrugated Packaging Plants
  • Reporting the Quality and Service Performances of the suppliers in an objectivized way and communicating the results to the suppliers and evaluating the results with the Supply Chain and Quality Teams.
  • Managing the On-boarding of new suppliers and/or new materials without compromising from the process and product quality, tracking the material trial process, registering the material specifications (and keeping them up to date) and giving objective feedback to the supplier according after the trial process.
  • Making regular supplier visits to the suppliers in order to
  1. Keep close contact to them,
  2. Follow up the on-going activities at the supplier side and
  3. Trigger the Quality and Service improvement projects
  4. Assessing the risks and opportunities with the Central Procurement Team for making business with the supplier
