KT&G Turkey sells its world-famous cigarettes in the Turkish Market. It is looking for a “Procurement Assistant Manager" who will continue to work in Tire Factory, which continues to grow day by day and has a high dynamism.
General Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering
- At least 3 years of experience in relevant position
- Good command of both written and spoken English
- Having strong negotiation skill
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple ongoing projects/priorities
- Strong team work and communication skills, analytic mindset with good problem solving skill
- Dynamic and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
- Good command of ERP and Office programs user experience
Job description
- Arrangement of the material procurement of tobacco, non-tobacco materials, spare parts and consumables
- Investigating local/overseas suppliers, finding competitive alternatives and open biddings
- Arranging and following material quality/price, specifications and material localizations
- Purchasing order preparation, sending, follow-up importation status, performing inspection on materials
- Following and performing material stock-in, stock-out and usage in production
- Checking internal brand/material standards and guidelines and follow material procurement accordingly
