QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
"QUALITY MANAGER" with the following qualifications to be appointed to the quality control department of our factory, which is growing within the framework of new investments .
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
· Graduated from Metallurgy and Materials, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering departments of universities,
· Preferably with a welding engineering education,
· Minimum 10 years of experience in quality control processes,
· Having received ISO 9001 internal auditor training and quality auditor qualifications,
· Knowledge of EN1090-2 and EN ISO 3834-2 standards,
· Good level of English,
· Able to use MS Office programs,
· Investigative personality, success-oriented and highly motivated,
· Developed analytical thinking and analysis skills,
· Constantly improving itself,
· Prone to teamwork and cooperation,
· Result oriented, proactive attention to detail,
· Able to take initiative, high sense of responsibility
· Strong human relations
· Responsible for job follow-up and conclusion,
· Not related to military service (for male candidates),
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Ensuring that the quality system is maintained for the implementation and continuity of the Quality Management System in order to achieve the quality targets determined in line with the strategic goals of our company,
· Examining customer contracts and requests in terms of applicability,
· Developing and managing quality improvement strategies.
· Management of the development and control of documentation under the Quality Management System.
· To continuously improve product quality and increase customer satisfaction, to carry out corrective and preventive actions for problems that may arise in production or after sales, to ensure the creation of a database and to take necessary actions by monitoring the relevant parameters.
· Representing the Company in audits carried out by customers and quality organizations.
