QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree in especially engineering departments.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in related functions.
- Good level of English in terms of written and spoken capacities
- Strong computer skills of MS Office especially Excel and Reporting tools.
- Military service completed for male candidates.
- Able to work in shifts
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Map, monitor and keep under control the quality level of the manufacturing processes regarding his/her area of responsibility (Mixing, semi-finished products, building, curing and finishing)
- Carry out gap analysis and define the needed improvements addressing proper actions.
- Act to reduce waste by studying and promoting continuous improvement solutions.
- Spread around the best practices with the involvement of relevant Central Technical functions and Quality Departments.
- Directly manage Internal Process and System Audit and check that the agreed corrective actions are carried out by the involved functions/units.
- Promote and support the definitions and continuous update of the quality tools (PFMEA, Control Plan, SOP,..)
