WHAT WE DO
- PRESSING : Transformation of sheet metal into fundamental car parts
- WELDING : Fusing parts together by means of heat and pressure
YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY
- Recognizing internal and customer quality issues.
- Finding effective solution to prevent a quality inconformity.
- Tracking frequent quality inconformity.
- Leading, managing and educating quality inspectors.
- Auditing production quality.
- Managing quality manual.
- Managing inspection standard.
- Managing quality related certificates such as IATF and ISO
REQUIRED
- Who is always energetic and vivacious.
- Who has extremely strong mentality.
- Who has a strong sense of own responsibility.
- Who equipped with sufficient knowledge and experience.
- Who always doubts what she(he) knows or experienced.
- Who values productivity, efficiency and reasonability.
- Who can communicate fluently in English.
- High level practical skills in using MS Excel applications.
- Free from military service.
- A person who accepts commuting to Kocaeli.
PREFERRED
- BS degree in a related major is preferred but not compulsory.
- +2 years’ relevant experience in the Automotive Industry is preferred.
- Good knowledge of IATF 16949 and/or ISO 14001 is an additional asset.
- Verbal Korean is highly valued.
