QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
QUALIFICATIONS
· University degree in Industrial Engineer or related disciplines
· Min. 2 years of experience in Quality Department at Automotive Industry
· Knowledge of QMS (ISO 9001, IATF 16949 etc.) requirements
· QMS internal auditor certification/experience
· VDA 6.3 knowledge
· SPC, MSA, PPAP, APQP knowledge
· Knowledge about lean manufacturing tools
· Excellent computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
· Good command of English both verbal and written
· Having good level of reporting and analysis skills, knowing presentation techniques
· High level of planning and organizing and problem-solving skills
· Residing on Asian side of Istanbul or Kocaeli
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Organize and perform Lean Manufacturing trainings
· Organize and perform 5S audit in all areas
· Perform daily Kaizen activities with the shopfloor team
· Support the suggestion/ kaizen system with QDMS software
· Support the QM System (ISO 9001 / IATF 16949) process and performance monitoring.
· Follow up and apply the changes on IATF 16949 & ISO 9001 standards and customers special requirements.
· Management of local quality system documents
· Support the process audits according to VDA 6.3 and system audits according to IATF 16949 and follow-up of actions
· Follow up all KPIs in the system, to warn the relevant process owner if there is a missing KPI, and to request a corrective action report if the KPI is out of target
· Communicate with personnel at all level in relation to quality system matters
