QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Bicakcilar is a global biomedical technology company headquartered in Istanbul, Turkey that designs and produces disposables, therapies and equipment to serve mostly the surgical space through R&D, Innovation, and expert production with the continuous target for the safest, more affordable medical devices built on saving human life.
Bıçakcılar Medical Devices; which serves customers by manufacturing and supplying innovative, reliable and environment friendly medical devices, helps save lives around the globe supplying the products that are crucial in healthcare. We are looking for “R&D Engineer” to join our team in Esenyurt Plant with the following qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree preferably in Mechanical Engineering from reputable universities; candidates who have MBA, Master’s degree or PhD will be appreciated.
· Fluency in English,
· More than 1 year of demonstrated experience
· Excellent in analytical thinking and problem solving skills, result oriented,
· Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
· Good planning and organizing abilities.
· No military obligation (for male candidates),
· Residing on the European side,
Qualifications:
- Ensure R&D activities/projects are performed in compliance with the project timelines,
- Be committed to quality, adhering to project schedules and milestones
- Designing all mechanical design &development activities from the “concept stage” to the very end of the final product
- Completing and carrying out product development projects,
- Preferably having experience in project management of TÜBİTAK TEYDEB University Industry Cooperation Support Program including project proposals, application follow-up and system entries,
- Assuming executive, guiding and decision-making roles as part of the team in product design, prototype preparation, testing, certification, documentation, incentives, patent, utility model and in significant processing step
- Working collaboratively with other departments such as Quality, Production, Purchasing, Production Planning and Control in accordance with the R&D projects
- Find the appropriate methods and suppliers for tests, validations, and other tasks that need to be performed under the scope of R&D activities/projects
