QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
ARGELA Technologies; which provides new generation telecommunications solutions and network infrastructure components, for the telecommunications industry; is looking for, *R&D Development Engineer*
Bachelors or Master degree from reputable universities in telecommunications, preferably computer or electronics engineering.
Responsibilities
Be a part of competence build-up and improvement activities
Design, develop, test and support advanced for related software product
Contribute to team velocity by making enhancements, bug fixes to related product
Participate in requirements and analysis
Support production implementation & post-production issues
Support deployment team during installation of developed components/modules
Writing technical documentation of provided solution
Be committed to quality, adhering to project schedules and milestones
Respond to customer issues in timely fashion, troubleshoots issues and provide solutions, when needed.
Qualifications
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in related role
Good programming skills in Java
Telecommunication related project implementation experience with SpringBoot / JEE Application server, ie Weblogic
Real Time Application Development experience is a big plus
Experience with custom protocol implementation for integration purposes with TCP/IP protocol
Experience in ORM technologies such as Hibernate and/or Eclipselink and data caching
Experience with relational databases, NoSQL DBs, data modeling and SQL optimization
Understanding of Object Oriented Programming and design patterns
Comfortable with software versioning and CI/CD tools (Git, Cvs, Ant, Maven, Jenkins etc.)
Strong Linux system administration knowledge
Excellent analytic and problem solving skills
A good command in English both verbal and written
