Your key deliverables:
- Technical support for our cable accessories production & testing,
- Support for documentation of new product design processes,
- Support to mold design for injection molding
- Support to project together with Universities funded by Tubitak/Teydeb (goverment organization) in order to achive product and process effectiveness.
- Supports lab scaling studies to ensure qulity of the material used in production.
- Support Facilty in the Plant Environment through Facility Services Team to ensure; compliance to policies and legal guidelines.
- Follows the technological advances in order to adopt the usage of new advance production methods.
- Work closely together with the sales and product managers and give technical support in order to develop innovative products and services for the customers.
- Work closely together with the purchase, quality and manufacturing team and give technical support in order to best possible cost control.
- Control of project budgets in cooperation with finance team in new product projects.
- Support Value Added Value Engineering (VAVE) Projects
Are you? Required:
Bachelor’s degree of Mechanical Engineer/BSc Degree of Mold Making (prefered master degree)
Years of experience: min 1 years experience
Knowledge and experience of mold design for polymers/silicon
Experience with mechanical modeling tools. Creation of 3D models is needed in CAD
Having experience CAM preferedly mold flow or similar softwares
Experience in root cause analysis, defining equipment specifications including safety requirements.
Knowledge over quality procedures (PPAP, Control Plans, Process Flow, PFMEA, MSA, SPC)
Experience in planning, reporting, analytical skills and team work
English (written and spoken B2-Upper Intermediate)
Expert level knowledge of using Solidworks
Excellent level of English both verbally and in writing, Statistical Process Control.
Minitab knowledge is required.
Design for Six Sigma tools including Design of Experiments.
Team work, analytical thinking and problem solving
