We are looking for an R&D Engineer teammate in our R&D department based in Dilovası factory
Job Description
- Development of refrigeration design project, the job contains both development of new products as well of re-engineering of existing products for better cost and better quality/functions.
- Assessing project requirements
- Producing, implementing testing, and evaluating theoretical designs
- Writing reports and documentation
- Measuring the performance of mechanical components and devices
- Agreeing timescales and specifications with clients and managers
- Presenting designs, discussing and solving problems with manufacturing departments, sub-contractors, suppliers
- Using computer-aided design/modelling software (Autodesk Inventor preferred)
- Providing technical advice
- Analyzing and interpreting data
Qualifications
- University Degree in Engineering, Mechanical Design. Master degree is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Experience and good knowledge in Refrigeration Design (HVAC-R) is mandatory
- Preferably several years of experience from mechanical design. Experience from ventilation or similar (thin steel and machine design) is an advantage.
- Good Experience and fundamental knowledge of Refrigeration is a must.
- Experience (2 years min.) of 2D & 3D CAD and FEA, good skills in Inventor and /or SolidWorks is an advantage
- Experiences in Aerodynamic design and use of CFD, Product development and Project management are an advantage
- Ability to analyze problems and generate creative solutions

- Good level of English enabling free oral and written communication
