GENEL NİTELİKLER

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a “R&D Engineer/ Research and Development Engineer” for our ever-growing organization based in Ankara Malıköy Anadolu OSB.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, mechanical engineering or a relevant field (Preferably with a Master's degree).
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Turkish (German is a plus).
• Experience as an R&D engineer, process engineer or project manager.
• Advanced analytical, mathematical and statistical skills.
• Proficiency with computer assisted design software (Solidworks, Catia, AutoCad…)
• Knowledge of ERP systems (Preferably IFS)
• Knowledge of defense products and systems.
• Willingness to travel within Turkey and abroad.
• Resident in Ankara.
• Completed military service.

JOB DESCRIPTION

At least 5 years of experience in specified subjects:

• Design solutions, supervise production of samples by the laboratory and their testing in our shooting range.
• Manage sales projects and internal projects on a R&D level.
• Perform System Requirement Review, Design reviews and First Article Inspections.
• Represent the R&D team at meetings with sales, project managers and production (primarily).
• Generate product specifications, associated bill of material and bill of labor.
• Troubleshoot issues during pre-production and production.
• Conduct market research and evaluation of similar products and their functions.
• Centralize expertise to become company Subject Matter Expert (SME) on protective systems.
