Job Description & Requirements
We are looking for teammates to work in our Indoor Tyre Test Laboratory;
- Bachelor’s degree in Machine Engineering/Mechatronic Engineering
- Preferably master's or Ph.D. degree
- Experienced in the testing laboratory
- Preferably worked in the tyre or similar industry
- Good command of English
- Having a good level of MS Office usage
- Strong ability to boosting innovation in the testing area
- Strong ability to analyze and solve problems
- Having high teamwork and communication skills
Job Description
- Follow-up of testing operations, machine situation, and test priorities
- Development of the new methodologies, machinery and the testing tools for a better and more innovative way of analyzing the products
- Ensure the requested tests of the tyres through the use of related machine and equipment
- Storing the reports in the laboratory database and sharing the results with the customers
- Follow-up QMS operations, audits and accreditation procedures and processes
- Follow-up of general processes related to the department (HSE, training, etc.)
- Teamwork within coordination with customers, other departments and headquarters
