QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description
- Simulation of single phase, multiple phase and thermal cases
- Simulate the injector function as a system using software AMESim
- Development and responsibility of a 1-D system simulation model of a CRI generation
- Simulate flows in steady state and transient problems of high technology common rail injectors using ANSYS CFX and ICEM
- Correlate simulation results with experimental / analytical data
- Generation of reports to present the post processed solutions to the customer
- Database administration and development at R&D department
Qualifications
- BS / MSc degree in mechanical engineering
- Excellent comment of written and spoken English and/or German
- Technical knowledge and experience on fluid mechanics and hydraulics
- Experience on 1-D System Simulation and AMESim are preferred
- General knowledge in Matlab and Python Programming
- Industrial experience using commercial CFD software preferably ANSYS CFX
- Knowledge of CFD flow modeling for internal and multiphase flows
- Knowledge about object oriented programming language and SQL
- Strong analytical thinking and good communicational skills
- Able to work with multinational teams and intercultural environment
- At least 2 years experience in a similar job
