QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a R&D Specialist at Eskişehir for our company who is the world's leading producer of high quality chocolate and cocoa products raw material supplier headquartered in Zurich Switzerland and operating in more than 40 countries with more than 12,000 employees.
Job Descriptions
- Understand trends and customer needs and generate ideas
- Analyze market, customer and end-user opinions
- Arrange meetings with product experts, technical service and customer target group for newly developed products
- Visit customers for new product tastings
- Conduct feasibility studies for new products, assess risks and comply with business standards
- Following the production planning of industrial samples and informing the customers and other stakeholders
- Support or perform on-site customer technical audits
- Provide physical or remote assistance to customer industrial trials for new products
- Perform on-site and off-site customer general trainings
Qualifications
- Bachelor/Master Degree in Food Science, Food Engineering or similar field
- 2-3 years of experience in the food industry
- Experience in Project Management
- Outstanding presentation skills
- Experience in sales or customer interactions
- Good knowledge of working tools (MS Office, Salesforce, SAP,…)
- Fluent Business English
- Class B Driving License
