GENEL NİTELİKLER
We are looking for a R&D SPECIALIST (CEMENT ADDITIVES) for ÇİMSA’s Research and Development Centre – Formülhane;
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering from reputable universities (Ms degree in chemistry is preferred)
- At least 3 years of experience in cement grinding and ready-mixed concrete additives industry
- Knowledge of cement grinding process and grinding aids design
- Fluency in English both speaking and writing; able to analyse technical patents and papers.
- Good command of MS Office programs and SAP
- Experience in academic research,
- Teamwork and collaboration skills, oriented and able to face multitask
- Strong analytical, planning, problem solving and organization skills
- Have no restriction to travel
- Must have no military obligation for male candidate
JOB TITLE;
- Performing additive design for cement mills
- Investigating the compatibility of cement with grinding aids
- To examine and optimise the cement grinding process parameters
- To make analyses on concrete admixtures
- Carrying out and reporting of the additive testing procedures
- To follow developments and trends in the field of expertise
- Active use of advanced analysis devices
