QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description
- Release of endurance test benches in international testing network
- Coordination of release measurement
- Evaluation of specific release load spectra according to given criteria
- Creation of report
- Coordination and operation of testing devices for Gasoline High Pressure Injection Components, such as gasoline injection valves, rails and high pressure pumps
- Development and setup of new high-tech testing devices, e.g. endurance test benches, hydropuls test bench, climate tests…
- Creation of testing specifications
Qualifications
- University Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics or Electronic Engineering
- Experience in testing of hydraulic components, preferably of Fuel Injection System
- Experience about sensors (Pressure, temperature, flow…)
- Programming skills, especially at Matlab, Famos/LMS programs (Python, PowerBI, Cornerstone is asset)
- Experience in data evaluation and statistic
- Reading of technical drawings
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and/or German
- Good communication skills, ability to work in a team
- Methodical and structured work habit
- Working in an International Engineering Network
