Bari Global is a digital real estate firm specialized in exclusive investment and lifestyle properties in Istanbul and Tehran. We provide real estate, investment, citizenship, and localization consultation to investors, companies, banks and venture capital firms all around the world.


Our office is located in Mecidiyeköy /Şişli/İstanbul


JOB DESCRIPTION


  • Finding a commercial portfolio,
  • Finding suitable housing projects requested by the customer,
  • To follow the developments in the second hand market,
  • To ensure the creation of a suitable second-hand portfolio requested by customers in coordination with the second-hand market and real estate agents in Real Estate,
  • To increase brand awareness by introducing the corporate structure and service quality of the company to customers,
  • To develop the customer portfolio, to find new customers, to conduct market research and to develop marketing activities for the sector with a sales target,
  • To be in strong communication with existing customers; provide information, guidance and consultancy services, ensure good service in coordination with all teams,
  • To support the leader of investment advisory teams on issues such as sales, sales potentials, projects in the portfolio, leads, offers,
  • To prepare a report to the department manager at regular intervals,
  • To communicate with the external stakeholders of Bari Global in accordance with the industry dynamics and to represent the company,
  • To have technical and detailed information about the projects marketed by Bari Global,
  • To be responsible for the up-to-dateness of all data contained in the CMS system, to keep the information flow up to date with industry representatives in order to make information updates,
  • To use the CRM system effectively, to save all project information in the system, to make entries for all portfolios in the CMS system,
  • To ensure that the prepared portfolios reach customers through the investment advisor team and to track returns,
  • Directing the design team with management's approval for portfolio inputs suitable for the CMS system,
  • To prepare the appropriate real estate portfolio according to customer demands received through CRM and to present the approved studies to the investment advisor team.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • University degree from related departments,
  • Experience in the real estate industry,
  • Experienced in customer acquisition and new portfolio building,
  • Communication skills with high persuasion in sales,
  • Successful in human relations, customer-oriented, systematic, strong in communication and prone to teamwork,
  • A presentable and positive personality,
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills in English and in Turkish,
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office tools,
  • Living in Istanbul.
