We are seeking an experienced real estate sales individual with a high degree of passion, energy, and willingness to join and grow with a fast-developing real estate company.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Great people skills and a committed team player,
- 2 years experience in the real estate sector,
- Excellent command of English and Arabic or Persian,
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills,
- Give priority to customer management and satisfaction,
- Knowledgeable about pre-sale and after-sale processes,
- MS Office familiarity,
- Must possess a valid B class driving license and no restrictions to travel,
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities,
- Research and analyze sales options,
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects,
- Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products,
- Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports,
- Attend workshops to learn more technical and professional skills for the job,
- Build and maintain professional networks,
- Meet with potential clients to determine their needs,
- Collaborate with a dynamic team to support growth, knowledge, and one another,
