A bachelor’s or master’s degree from a top-tier university
Minimum 5 years of work experience in the retail industry covering Retail Real Estate.

Strong project management skills to multi-task in between various projects
Outstanding negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities
Proficient in both written and spoken English, Korean language is a plus
Track record of successful project execution from inception to completion
Ability to lead several projects/tasks at one time, budget monitoring and tracking
Strong leadership capabilities, including experience collaborating with senior partners and across teams, including external landlords and vendors
Willingness to travel domestically (total travel time up to 60%)
Valid and Active Driving License
Ability to understand drawings/blueprints, as-built drawings and shop drawings
Excellent PC experience requiring Microsoft Office Windows, Excel, Word, and Microsoft Project; experience working with PDF and CAD files.
Responsibilities:
Make & support decisions across our expansion process
Gather and outreach to potential new warehouse locations
Stay in super close contact with potential landlords and real estate agents. Build and manage relationships with current and future landlords
Build up a real estate pipeline and push deals all the way through the funnel
Fully responsible in the negotiation and signing process for potential real estate
Analysing the Real Estate Data and Report to the Senior Management
Successfully open and monitor (downsizing, closure, new concept implementation, commercial profitability) the appropriate amount of stores per region to accomplish the business plan
Ensuring Lease Obligations and Renewals are handled in a timely and efficient manner
Review and finalize in alignment with legal, finance and operations lease agreements for new and renewed Store units
Support government related processes such as build out, fire, health & safety and any other operationally required permits
Oversee day to day processes of streamlining, efficiency and cost control of store build outs, remodels and refurbishments
Ensure the new store opening process is followed and operates effectively and act as a local key function for all departments involved
Investigate and recommend opportunities for new store design/look/feel and other innovative retailing opportunities
Provide 360-degree support to all internal stakeholders in regards to acquiring distributors
