QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a team member who will be responsible for leading the recruitment and organizational development processes for Acacia Mining Operations as an " Recruitment and Human Resources Superintendent " according to the following qualifications.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, human resources or social sciences,
- Minimum 5 years of executive experience in the Human Resources department,
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English,
- Having command of MS Office programs and experience of SAP HR module,
- Having good knowledge of all human resources processes,
- Having good knowledge of Labour Law,
- High standards of accuracy, being proficient at working to tight deadlines and under pressure, and be able to prioritize tasks,
- Self-disciplined, proactive, dynamic, eager to learn and to take on new challenges,
- Team player, result-oriented with strong planning and organization skills,
- For male candidates, military service must be completed.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Managing various human resources plans and procedures for all company employees,
- Managing and leading all HR processes like recruitment, training, performance and career management,
- Having active role on all HR functions, such as talent acquisition, performance management, learning & development and organizational development projects and operations,
- Planning and maintaining human resources processes,
- Preparing and reviewing compensation and benefits packages,
- Contributing training content development studies,
- Executing staff planning and budget processes,
- Following up performance management tools such as forms, guidelines, etc.,
- Ensuring the talent reviews conducted among employees and managers according to corporate guidelines and talent management standards,
- Gathering and analyzing data with HR metrics and preparing weekly and monthly reports,
- Carrying out orientation and promotion activities actively,
- Performing job analysis, preparing job descriptions, improving existing job descriptions.
