QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a team member who will work for ACACIA Mining Operations as "Senior Mill Engineer",
QUALIFICATIONS
- BSc, MSc or higher degree in Mining Engineering or Mineral Processing Engineering,
- Minimum 4 years of experience in mineral processing plants,
- Excellent command of both written & spoken English,
- Proven field experience (commissioning and/or shift operations) a benefit,
- Able to research and analyze information of considerable difficulty and draw valid conclusions,
- Analytical thinking and goal-oriented vision,
- Preferably experienced in metal mine projects,
- Superior communication & leadership skills,
- Class B driving license,
- For male candidates; completed military service.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels- Following HSE policies and procedures
- Minimize all safety and environmental risks/hazards
- Observing and determining nonconformities related with process safety, health, and environment
- Reporting to the Process Superintendent
- Contributing to the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), minimizing procedural nonconformity approaches, revising SOPs in case of a change in process
- Monitoring and controlling the basic plant KPIs and improving the shift operations
- Detecting and recommending plant improvements and modifications
- Supporting and leading continuous improvement projects
- Driving operational requirements to achieve sustainable production targets
