QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Process Engineer
We are global mining company which has several sites around the world. We are looking for dynamic, pro-active, analytical approached, enthusiastic, innovative, and self-motivated Process Engineer for our project in Develi.
Job Profile
- Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly metallurgical reports of Process Department,
- Records production results from process operation by compiling and analyzes production data to prepare trends/graphs,
- Keeps “daily, weekly, and monthly productions reports” stored in hard and soft copy formats,
- Prepares “monthly reagent consumption reports”,
- Prepares “technical reports or presentations asked by management” such as “metallurgical test report or weekly management meeting presentation”,
- Assists to Metallurgists in terms of annual production planning,
- Takes an active role in continuous improvement projects related to heap leach,
- Assists to supervisors/metallurgist in terms of implementation and maintaining of technical standards and procedures,
- Provides input in terms of improvement projects,
- Analyzes and benchmarks of key production parameters and cost components such as reagents and consumables, re-mining, etc.
- Calculates pour forecasts by considering plant data and keeps pour records stored in soft and hard copy formats,
- Archives all documents of Process Department related to Metallurgical accounting,
- Completes department related works asked by his/her supervisor or Manager,
- As a member of the environmental management system representation team, execute related activities,
- Fulfills the Health and Safety responsibilities related with his/her jobs which was defined in the attached Health and Safety Responsibilities Standard Operation Procedure.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering departments, Master’s Degree will be plus,
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a similar role,
- Working experience in multinational and English-speaking environment is plus,
- Fluency in oral and written Turkish and English,
- Good command of MS Office applications, especially in MS Excel and Power BI,
- Strong sense of analytical thinking, detail-oriented and solution-oriented,
- Having superior time management skills,
- Ability to take responsibility and being a good team player,
- Be an active driver,
- Residing in Kayseri Develi district or willing to relocate.
