QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a team member who will work for Mining Operations as a "Maintenance Planning Chief" according to the following qualifications.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering,
- Proficiency in English knowledge,
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, MS Office tools and SAP PM,
- Good command of technical project reading,
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance and/or maintenance planning area in the mining industry, cement sector or energy sector,
- General knowledge about mechanical and Electrical Systems,
- Hands on experience for all condition monitoring, predictive maintenance and preventive maintenance systems and NDT applications,
- Knowledgeable about world class maintenance and reliability topics,
- Able to do equipment criticality analysis,
- High level of numerical and writing skills,
- Clear speaking and writing skills,
- Good planning & Organizational Skills,
- Advanced prioritization skills,
- Ability to analyze problems,
- Decision Maker,
- Good Communication Skills,
- A believer to joint decisions,Talent for driving change and continuous improvement,
- Having B type driver’s license and being an active driver.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Managing maintenance planning team,
- Setting up maintenance management system,
- To assist in the establishment and implementation of facility maintenance strategy and equipment maintenance processes, to ensure that maintenance activities are recorded,
- Gathering information and providing integrity for SAP Plant Maintenance Module,
- Coordination of activities including maintenance planning, shutdown scheduling and budget planning,
- Creation and coordination of notification, work order systems and equipment PM (Plant Maintenance) & BOMs (Bill of Material) development,
- Creation of a maintenance document control system to ensure the integrity of equipment manuals, plant and equipment drawings,
- To help the creation of equipment condition monitoring system and application of it in the plant,
- Providing critical spare parts, maintenance spare parts and consumers inventory formation, and following stock levels of parts,
- To reduce the failure frequency of the equipment and reducing repair time,
- Reducing maintenance costs, improving efficiency and quality, conducting studies to extend the service life of machinery and equipment,
- To preside the regular maintenance planning meetings,
- Attending production meetings in case it is requested,
- To make predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance programs of the fixed and mobile equipment,
- To report actual work times vs planned and control the backlog.
