QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
Minimum 2 years of experience for sales on medical devices for export markets(international markets)
Experience in the medical devices sector
Excellent communications skills in English
Good knowledge of MS Office applications
Experienced in Import, Export, Customs and Foreign Trade legislation, including all delivery terms and payment terms
Strong Intercultural adaptation, interpersonal and communication skills
Competent in teamwork
Competence in planning, organizing, and reporting
Result-oriented developed analytical thinking skills
CRM and ERP experience is preferable
Military service must be completed for male candidates
JOB DESCRIPTION
Make business plans with distributor companies in the foreign country
Plan marketing activities in line with the needs of the market in the country and following the results
Find suitable companies in potential countries and negotiating on behalf of the company
Make current and potential customer visits
Ensure the realization and control of the logistics plans of the products to be shipped by optimally planning
Coordinate and follow up the entire order and shipment process with related departments
Maintain effective relations with existing customers, communicate on regular basis to build sales activity. Work with the customers to realize the sales targets of the company
Develop highly detailed sales strategy for new markets and lead customer development
Take an active role in the solution process of customer complaints
Provide data-driven sales analysis and reporting
Work in coordination with logistics, customs office and Finance Department
