For our location Gebze, Turkey we are offering a job opportunity as a part of DPS (Digital Production Solutions) department in the Region EUSA.
The regional team “Digital Production Solutions – EUSA” implements standardized processes and solutions for the digitization of internal production and is responsible for Industry 4.0 projects and their rollout in all Div C plants in the Region EUSA.
In close cooperation with the domain Production and corporate IT, we implement economical processes and solutions based on modern IT technologies, such as ERP- and PLM-Systems, Digital Manufacturing Platform (DMP), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Augmented Reality and Big Data Analytics.
Your tasks:
- Implementation of the “Digital Manufacturing Strategy” within Division C, Management of projects and their rollout in the field of Industry 4.0 as well as training of the local experts in the production plants
- Implementation of Industry 4.0 solutions e.g. machine connections, online data acquisition, interfaces to other systems as well as connection of various system
- Optimization and digitization of shopfloor processes in production, manufacturing engineering, maintenance and possibly related areas such as quality and logistics
- Optimization of existing production plants with regard to Smart Factory and Industry 4.0
Your profile:
- University degree in Business Administration, Computer Science (IT) or a similar subject
- Professional experience in the production environment as well as experience in the implementation of production-related projects in the automotive environment desirable
- Pronounced interest in the digital revolution and familiar with terms such as Industry 4.0,
- Smart Factory, Cyber Security, IIoT, Cloud, MES, SCADA, OPC-UA etc.
- Process thinking, hands-on mentality as well as the ability to cooperate and communicate from the shop floor to management level and intercultural competence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and willingness to travel
- Living or willing to live in Asian side of İstanbul or Kocaeli (Gebze & İzmit)
- No military obligation for male candidates
