Job Description

· Manage regional sales according to MAS, be sure for multi-crop actions and all crop sales targets will be done,

· Co-create Marketing & Business Strategies, active participation in Country Crop Meetings, Market Approach Strategy & Sales Terms & Condition contribution,

· Cooperation with Distributors & Sub Distributors (ensure target fulfillment & cooperation with distribution sales force),

· Responsible for Distributor and Big customer accounts in region,

· Determine priorities, regional business strategies and support team to build long term strategies, in line with the Country Marketing Targets,

· Support and steer Crop Specialists / Managers on crop targets,

· Ensure cross division (Customer Marketing Specialist, Crop Specialists/Managers) cooperation by ideas exchange and input to the Sales team,

· Ensure efficient processes set up & implementation,

· Lead Channel Specialists & Market Development Specialists:

· Manage people target agreements and evaluation,

· People Development: manage training needs & coaching,

· Steer sales using CRM: top-down and bottom-up planning, visits records, regional sales analyses,

· Support people on their business plans,

· Support people on their personal targets in their sub-region,

· Regular business update for region and crops,

· Reports to Country Sales ManagerTurkey & Azerbaijan(Risk & Opportunities information from the region)

· Competitors activities.

Qualifications

· Degree from an agricultural faculty, university business administration, engineering, economics education or a similar qualification,

· Experience in Team Management (Sales & Marketing preferred), in the agro or similar business preferred,

· Unit Specific Sales Processes, Strategy and Targets,

· Very good communication skills with problem solver character,

· Fluent in English,

· Basic knowledge of MS office, Windows and Email systems,

· Strategic and analytical thinking, good presentation skills,

· Ability to work in a multi-cultural department / environment,

· Decide and act persistently to achieve economic, environmental and societal benefits for the long term. (Drive sustainable solutions),

· Communicate with openness, clarity, organizational awareness and empathy to achieve the desired results. (Communicate effectively).
