Front Desk Agent

We are currently seeking a new team member as a Front Desk Agent at AC Hotel Macka by Marriott Istanbul, Besiktas.
The individual will be responsible for providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at check-out, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.
Requirements
· Past Marriott experience and PMS knowledge are a plus.
· Speak using clear and professional language; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
· Develop and maintain positive working relationships; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of employees.
· Experience in a hotel or a related field required.
· High School diploma or equivalent required.
· Computer experience required.
· Desire to contribute to a supportive and effective team
