Must be comfortable with working flexible hours/shifts
Good knowledge of English both written and spoken
Additional language is an advantage
Good command of hotel PMS system (Elektra) and Microsoft Office
Good team player, working well with other departments and co-workers
Able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines of the hotel industry
Provide quality service to the guests by responding to requests promptly, efficiently, and courteously during check-in, check-out, and throughout the guest's stay, ensuring that the guests depart the hotel with a positive impression of hotel service
Ensure that the front desk work area is kept clean and in an orderly state at all times
Ensure that the Front Office Manager is aware of any relevant feedback from guests and, or, other departments
Must attend front office meetings and hotel training
Keeps uniform neat and clean and ensures good personal grooming and hygiene in accordance with the standards of Pilos Deluxe
