We’re looking for enthusiastic team members willing to join Zuma Restaurant as RestaurantReceptionist
Qualifications:
- You have a degree in Tourism & Hospitality departments from vocational schools
- You’re able to communicate comfortably in English
- You preferably have worked in a fine dining restaurant before
- You’re mature, patient and confident
- You have a friendly yet professional communication style
- You’re highly customer-focused and you see any complaint as an opportunity to provide a better experience to your guests
- You can work in a high-paced environment, and you know how to make each guest feel “special” in all circumstances
Duties:
- You will be creating the “first-impression” of our guests by:
- Scheduling reservations for guests in advance and as they arrive at the restaurant
- Greeting guests as the arrive and escorting them to their seats
- Directing the dining room personnel on customer needs to ensure customers receive fast and quality service from the moment they arrive
- Ensuring that table plan is arranged according to guests’ needs and preferences
- Providing immediate solutions for any customer complaint or demand
- Obeying all standards regarding customer satisfaction, food safety, service quality, labor health; and informing your managers if any risk arises
