· Handling Check-in and check-out processes according to set procedures,
· Make sure that all necessery documents are complete and archive them,
· Enter guest records to the system within the standarts and keeping guest confidentiality,
· Keep track of the hotel occupancy and make sure that all reservations are done properly,
· Handling guest request and complaints while keeping our guests satisfaction at a high level.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
· Preferebly a degree from a related field,
· At least 1 year of an experience in a similar position,
· Proficient in Ms Office and Opera programs,
· Fluency in English,
· Strong written and verbal communication skills,
· Guest satisfaction oriented,
· High coordination and organization skills,
· Great problem solving skills,
· Able to work with shifts, including the night shift.
