GENEL NİTELİKLER
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position
- Must be comfortable with working flexible hours/shifts
- Good knowledge of English both written and spoken
- Additional language is an advantage
- Good command of hotel PMS system (Elektra) and Microsoft Office
- Good team player, working well with other departments and co-workers
- Able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines of the hotel industry
- Provide quality service to the guests by responding to requests promptly, efficiently, and courteously during check-in, check-out, and throughout the guest's stay, ensuring that the guests depart the hotel with a positive impression of hotel service
- Ensure that the front desk work area is kept clean and in an orderly state at all times
- Ensure that the Front Office Manager is aware of any relevant feedback from guests and, or, other departments
- Must attend front office meetings and hotel training
- Keeps uniform neat and clean and ensures good personal grooming and hygiene in accordance with the standards of Pilos Deluxe
