GENEL NİTELİKLER
- Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant positions,
- Relevant degree from a university in Hospitality & Tourism or Business Administration,
- Very good knowledge of English language is mandatory – Further languages are preferable,
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office and Opera PMS,
- Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
- Result and solution oriented,
- Able to work under pressure,
- Proefficient, positive, problem solver and calm
- Able to work in every shift

Guest Services Representative is responsible to maintain exceptional guest experience adhering "Yes I Can" spirit. Main duties of the position are checking-in and checking-out of the guests efficiently , fulfilling necessary administrative duties and following up guests' accounts.
