QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

QUALIFICATIONS
- A Bachelor degree in Tourism Hotel Management
- At least one year experience in the field.
- Fluent level of English language and Russian language are required to carry out the work and follow any developments related to the job.
- Advanced skills in various computer software and Opera knowledge.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust, cooperate and relate well with all departments within the hotel, guests, and all external companies.
- Team player qualities.
- Effective management of time and ability to work under high pressure.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Self-motivated
- Residential permit is required for non-citizen candidate
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Execute all varieties of direct and ask & sale agency bookings.
- Register direct sale reservations and agency reservations in hotel program.
- Execute the sale of car- and air transfer, including organizing them.
- Identify guests’ reservation needs and determine appropriate room type.
- Follow sales techniques to maximize revenue.
- Handles all special requests appropriately.
