We are now recruiting for a dynamic and passionate Reservation Supervisor to join our team.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Execute direct, and ask & sale agency sales, thereafter following up on the payments.
- Execute sales via phone and e-mail.
- Prepare reservation statistics and to submitting them to superiors.
- Execute the sale of car- and air transfer, including organizing them.
- Follow up on the guests transfer date and time.
- Handles all special requests appropriately.
- Check the reservations registered during the shift and performing studies in order to ensure that all reservations are registered accurately.
- Assures that the reservation agents obey the hotel rules, shift schedules.
- Accomplish all tasks given by superiors in addition to job responsibilities.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor degree in Tourism Hotel Management
- At least three years experience in the field.
- Fluent level of English language is required to carry out the work and follow any developments related to the job.
- Advanced skills in various computer software and Opera knowledge.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust, cooperate and relate well with all departments within the hotel, guests, and all external companies.
- Effective management of time and ability to work under high pressure.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Residential permit is required for non-citizen candidates.
