QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Reservation & Ticketing Agent
We are currently looking for a dedicated person to support our international team as soon as possible.
Your Mission:
- Handling of reservations with the corresponding reservation system (CRS)
- Ticketing manual / automated
- Ticket Reissue
- Inquiry and processing of group bookings
- Administration of flight quotas
- Monthly preparation of TSRs
- Maintenance of CRM platform and trade database
- Handling of B2B mailings
- Handling of claims and corresponding correspondence
- Handling of corporate tool & coordination with hotels
- Providing with sales support related reporting
Your Qualifications:
- Minimum high school or higher eduation preferred
- Excellent knowledge and experience of CRSs with auto ticketing required
- Amadeus, Sabre CRS knowledge is a must and other Airline Reservation system knowledge preferred
- A minimum of 2 years experience is required within airline ticketing environment or in a travel agency
- Customer-oriented person with interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Good knowledge of MS-Office programs
- Fluent in English (both speaking and writing)
