QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for candidates for the position of Resident Engineer to be employed with the following qualifications;
• Unversity degree in engineering, (Mechanical Engineering preferred)
• 5 years of experience in automotive engineering design and development, preferably in seat engineering,
• Being familiar to working with OEM engineering team, preferably with Ford,
• Ford WERS release system knowledge preferred,
• Self-starter with demonstrated ability to lead and direct a cross-functional engineering team,
• Proven ability to lead and resolve complex system issues,
• Fluency in English, additional European language skills are an asset,
• Completed military service for male candidates,
• No restriction to travel.
• Located or able to be located in Gölcük
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Main technical interface to the onsite customer (Ford Otosan Gölcük), “inside firewall” engineering member
• Lead internal (Diniz Adient Bursa/Gölcük) and external (Ford Gölcük) build phases
• Attend AAR, customer build events, create problem reports and drive for resolution
• Technical responsibility in collaboration with Central Engineering departments (Foam, Trim, Headrest, Structures, Plastics), Prototyping, Test department, Program Management, Quality and Manufacturing.
• Preparation, execution and documentation of internal and external (customer and supplier) technical reviews
• Responsible for the accomplishment and/or cooperation of/to the realisation of quality preventing procedures (e.g. D-FMEA)
• Responsible for the creation of technical specification documents for customers and suppliers
• Responsible for the creation and/or cooperation of/to the realisation of Bill-of-Material, drawings and documentation including the required clearances
• Responsible for design reviews accomplishment (preparation, its performing and documentation
