QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for candidates for the position of Launch Coordinator to be employed with the following qualifications;
QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor degree in Engineering
· Min.5 years of management experience-preferably experienced in Automotive sector
· Excellent command of written and spoken English
· Strong leadership skills
· Excellent communication skills
· Develop, review and list utilizing knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T)
· Excellent problem solving and facilitation skills
· No restriction to travel /stay abroad
· No obligation for military service (for male candidates)
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Provides leadership in new projects,
· Update and distribute the project action plan in line with the frequency required by the project milestones
· Ensure project reporting takes place in line with the group standards
· Lead and steer the project review, and ensure the action plan is correctly implemented to guarantee the deliverables in time, and alert the Department Heads and/or the Departments concerned in case of problems or delays
· Ensure product/process pre-validation for new concepts
· To be in command of information flow between in-company departments and the customers.
· To follow up projects from domestic and international customers
· Organise actions of teams from different disciplines/functions (tooling, equipment, quality, purchasing, etc.) to achieve ,requirements/milestone targets, and satisfy customer expectatio
