QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are operating as a Global Joint Venture Automotive Supplier Company which is producing several kind of main metal parts for World’s Biggest Automotive OEMs, which has many future career and qualification development opportunities in growing organization, in Gebze / Kocaeli. Both side of the partners are one of the Biggest Companies on their own local, those have many operations not only in Turkey but also in global stage. QUALIFICATIONS:
v Bachelor's degree in Engineering,
v Minimum of 5 years work experience in Program Management at an automotive supplier,
v At least two project launches with successful PPAP submission and approval,
v Knowledge of OEM customer portals, APQP and PPAP processes,
v Working experience with FORD / TOYOTA is preferred,
v Knowledge on sheet metal processing, arc welding and GD&T,
v Experienced in integrator management
v Proficiency in Microsoft Office, sound knowledge on CATIA and AutoCAD
v IATF 16949 knowledge
v Very good command of English both verbal and written,
v Excellent professional communication skills is a key asset,
v Analytical mind-set with ability to keep resilient and focused approach in high stress conditions,
v Strong customer focus and appropriate sense of urgency,
v Adaptable to work in a different culture while matching his/her interpersonal style to the working culture.
v No obstacle for domestic and international traveling
JOB DESCRIPTION
v Coordinate program activities across multiple departments in the company, as well as other relevant divisions in Europe, including Global Program Management, for nominated projects and engineering changes in series projects,
v Attend meetings with customers by demonstrating strong business acumen and construct confidence by customer-focused approach,
v Manage timeline – manage the timing such that the required milestones are met based on customer requirements as they were defined at the quoting and sourcing phases. Modify and manage timing as the project scope changes due to customer modifications,
v Management of the integrator for line commissioning, follow-up of open items and weekly report
v Manage all aspects of ECI (Engineering Change) processes and sample/prototype manufacturing including quality assurance of delivery
Creating and managing project budgets and regularly reporting to management,
