QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Senior Project Management Engineer with the following specifications for our company that provides design and engineering services in the automotive industry for local and international platforms.
Your duties will include;
· To ensure the coordination in between design teams for project budget estimation,
· To take responsibility and follow the necessary actions to comply with the project budget and time plan,
· To collect the effort and expenditure data related to the project from the relevant systems and make comparisons between planned and actual values,
· To follow the realization of the outputs of the work packages defined in the project plan,
· To monitor the realization of project quality metrics
· To prepare and submit project stage reports,
· To determine and follow the action plans by highlighting the risks and opportunities related with the project budget and plan by providing the necessary information to the upper management.
· To ensure customer satisfaction by considering customer and corporate benefits,
To be considered;
· BSc. or MSc. degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electric & Electronics or Automotive Engineering
· Fluent speaking and excellent writing skills in English
· Self-motivated,
· Good communication skills,
· Build good relations with both teammates and customers,
· Flexible for short trips in Turkey and abroad
· A team player able to work with tight deadlines in a multi-discipline, multi-project environment
· Min 5 years of experience in automotive R&D industry
